Explosion-Proof Luminaires - Model EAVF
DescriptionPlants, machine rooms, garages, etc... Luminaire body is formed by the welding pressed polyester body (polyester-fibreglass-filled), in which the gear tray equipped with electric equipment (electronic ballast, connection terminal block and lamp holders for fluorescent lamp) is fixed. Diffuser is made of clear polycarbonate and is fastened together with body through seal by lockable coupler and switch. At opening of the luminaire the fixed double-pole safety switch disconnect luminaire from system. Luminaires are equipped with G 13 lamp holders on two-plug fluorescent lamp. Electronic ballast with cold start and safety switch are luminaire standard equipment. Fluorescent luminaires of type EAVF are intended for lighting the industrial areas with potentially explosive atmosphere occurrence in zone 1 according to CSN EN 60079-10. Protection class IP 65 guaranty complete protection luminaire inner parts against dust and water spurting in arbitrary direction. These luminaires can operate at industry sections premises, at environment with explosive atmosphere occurrence zone 1 and temperature class T4 – T5 (T4 pro –20°C až +50°C; T5 pro –20°C až +40°C).
