Road and Amenity Lighting - IVA-Z
The new European standard EN 13201 requires pedestrian crossings to be illuminated and supplementary lighting is recommended
in areas where pedestrians are at risk at crossing, such as roads with heavy traffic.
The luminaire IVA-Z was launched especially for lighting pedestrian crossroads because of its inherent characteristic parameters.
Using a metal halide 150 or 240W lamp with different chromatic temperatures, it ensures adequate lighting and a contrast to high
pressure sodium lamps that are commonly used for street lighting.
Optimal height for the luminaire is six metres.
